Hey all! I hope everyone has had a great summer so far. There are just a few days left to get out there and enjoy the weather before fall rolls in. I wanted to write a quick update since it's been crickets on my website lately. I've decided to switch gears and take a break from sci-fi to dabble in another favorite genre of mine - fantasy. So far I'm making steady progress on what looks like it will end up being a trilogy, with possible shorter adventures to accompany the main books and fill in some background on the characters. My plan is to have a rough draft complete for the entire trilogy before going through and finalizing each book. Hopefully, that will allow me to have an accelerated release schedule for the trilogy once complete (4-6 weeks apart would be ideal). I'm juggling quite a bit right now and the project is proving quite formidable by forcing me to plot ahead for all three books, but I think it will end up being a better series for it. So, unfortunately, the bad news is that it won't be ready for quite some time, likely a year or more depending on how everything works out and if life doesn't get in the way too much.
There is, however, some good news I'd like to share: even though I won't have a new book release any time soon, I do have a sci-fi novella titled Seren1ty which should be out in the next few weeks! I will announce it on here and in my newsletter as soon as it's available.
